Montagne Jeunesse's Clay Spa

Today I received what's called a VoxBox from a site called Influenster.com. It's a product testing site that you receive products for free in exchange for your honest reviews of the products that they give you. Today I got Montagne Jeunesse's Clay Spa face masque. It was interesting when i got it because I had no clue what it was at first, and the packaging (in my opinion) was honestly a slight bit creepy with the masque floating above the woman's face. haha I got the chance to try the dead sea mud spa type. It was interesting for sure. It was interesting because it was more of a fabric mask that had the clay inside of it. I was expecting a goopy mess to have to deal with, but it was easy and mess free! My skin was crazy soft after using it. The only draw back is that when I used it, I didn't want to be seen by anyone because of how goofy it looks. Kroger Skillet Meals

So I basically got an entire meal for free and after trying it, I would've paid full retail price for it! My parents had it with me and they both loved it! Daily Free Amazon App

Every day Amazon puts up a special free app on their marketplace. More often than not it's a game, but sometimes it's a regular app. It's always an app that normally costs money. You can always find it straight away if you have the amazon marketplace app directly on your android phone, or you can go to the Amazon Appstore on your computer. They have simple instructions on how to download and install the app from your computer onto your phone.

How to Get the Best Out of Target!

Everyone knows about the little savings section on your receipt at almost all stores, but only a handful of us really analyze the amount until we learn to get the most savings every trip! Target is one of the big retailers that have the little savings section on the bottom of the receipt. Although I work at Target (which gets me a 10% Team Member Discount), I'm always looking out for the best deals still, my team discount isn't enough in my opinion. Here's the best strategy that I've found:

1. Check the Ads every Monday! Target ads and sales run from Monday to Sunday, so pay attention to what the new deals are each week.
2. Get the Apps! They have an app called the Cartwheel. It has tons of extra savings like 5% off Pepsi products or 10% off of select DVDs.
3. Join the RedCard Craze! Not everyone wants a RedCard (even though it saves an extra 5% off of everything AND free shipping online) only because of the 22% APR, but there is a way to get the savings without tapping into your credit! There's an option to link your card directly to your bank making the RedCard a debit card, all you need is a blank voided check with your name on it (it can't be one of those temporary checks without your name and account printed on it) and an ID.That simple!
4. Stack Your Coupons! The coupon policy allows you to use ONE manufacturer's coupon and ONE Target coupon. If you use a Target coupon for $1 off Product A and find a manufacturer's coupon for $1 off Product A, you can get it for free if the price is only $2!
5. Check the End Caps for Clearance! All Targets put clearance items on the ends of their aisles in pretty every department. Look for the little red clearance sticker on items and don't forget to check the original price on it! Even though it has a red sticker doesn't always mean it's a fantastic deal. Some items are only marked down 10 cents while others can be marked down 10+ dollars. Just keep a lookout. Clearance can also be found among the regular items in normal items, but this is rare.
6. Insider Aisle Advice! At the front of each aisle (the end closest to the center of the store or the main walkway) there are little tags on the back side of the front end caps. Sometimes these tags are outlined in red. That usually means that the aisle or section of the aisle will be going on sale soon. If you see that tag, you may want to wait a few days before you buy any of those items (unless it's the last of a discontinued item) as they usually get cut 15% first, then 30%, 50%, 70-75%, then 90% (although 90 is usually only on seasonal items only).

As a side note, some Targets are tricky when it comes to coupons. Make sure you know, or have with you, the coupon policy. Also, find a kind looking cashier, they're usually easier to deal with when you have a coupon coupe or a coupon cache (yes the alliteration was intentional haha).

Now you can navigate Target like a pro!

Influenster VoxBoxes!

Some people have pointed out to me that there are some sites that let you test out full sized products, review them, and keep them, so naturally as a freebie enthusiast I was intrigued. I looked around at some of the sites and found Influenster. Influenster has you take surveys to see what you would be best to test out and then it gives you chances to test whatever works best for you. I got my first VoxBox (as they call it) today. Some of the tasks were to post a video to youtube and vine, post a picture on facebook and instagram, make a pin on pinterest, and make a post on twitter all referencing @InfluensterVox and @Mary Kay. They also like when you have a blog and post your VoxBox on it along with a review of the products.

In the box I received Mary Kay Lash Lave Lengthening mascara (in I <3 Black) (~$15), Mary Kay Lash Primer (~$15), Mary Kay True Dimensions Lip Stick in Pink Cherie (~$18), Mary Kay Cream Eye Color in Violet Storm (~$22), and Mary Kay Cream Eye Color/Concealer Brush (~$10), along with a catalog and two postcards explaining the box and the connected Mary Kay survey. The products were all superb! I loved the lipstick because it was very even and lasted a while. The eye color was actually hard to open the first time. The color was a little dark for my usual palate, but I loved the shimmer it has, and the brush really helped the application. The primer was basically colorless mascara that made my lashes feel a bit heavier than they do with just regular mascara alone on. The mascara was a bit thick, but it went on without clumping and was too heavy. All in all I'd buy all of the products in the box except maybe the lash primer and I'd get the eye cream in a brown or tan tone.

Free Advanced Movie Screenings

Alright guys, I know I told some of my friends about this in person already, but now it's time for my lovely readers to know:

Free screenings of movies you actually want to see are real!

So far I have seen Now You See Me and I will be seeing The Heat. The only things you actually have to pay for are food, drinks, or candy (unless you sneak some in somehow *wink wink*).

Where I find the screenings at are 3 main sites: freestufftimes.com, gofobo.com, and wildaboutmovies.com. Now the reason why I use 3 different places is the same reason why it's good to have multiple freebie sites, variety and that you need codes for RSVPing which are normally linked in on various freebie sites. Some of the sites you will have to make an account with them, so use your freebies only email address for it to avoid missing an important message.

One heads up, wild about movies takes a bit to load because it has a lot of ads on it, so be patient.
